Cardiff Third Sector Council is excited to launch this year’s Cardiff Youth Led Grant 2026-27.

Cardiff Youth Led Grants are small grants offered by young people to other young people to support community action projects that encourage youth volunteering.

If you are a young person aged 14-25 and involved in a social action or volunteering project or have a great idea for a project but need funds to make it a reality, Cardiff Youth Led Grants could be the solution for you!

Up to £1,000 is available for each successful project in this round.

Applicants must –

  • Be aged 14 to 25 years; if you are applying and are under 18 years of age, your application will need to be supported by an individual over the age of 18 who is linked to the group.
  • Apply for the funds on behalf of a voluntary or community group you are a part of or are setting up.
