Cardiff Council Adult Services is reviewing how they arrange (commission) care home placements in the future. They would like to hear from people who are maybe considering a care home for themselves or a loved one in the future.

Cardiff Council want to understand:

What is important to you or your loved one
Support you would require helping to make a decision
What good quality care looks like to you

Your feedback will help the council shape future services and what will be the expectations they have of care providers.
