Cardiff and Vale Recovery & Wellbeing College – Summer 2025 Prospectus

The Cardiff and Vale Recovery & Wellbeing College has published its Summer Term 2025 Prospectus, offering a range of free, co-produced courses to support mental health, wellbeing, and recovery. Sessions are available both online and in person and cover topics such as anxiety, neurodiversity, peer support, and creative wellbeing activities.

Term runs from 5 May to 8 August 2025.
