Age Connects Cardiff and the Vale has shared its latest updates, making it easier than ever to refer individuals for befriending or shopping support services via their secure online forms. Services cover a range of support, from welfare rights and community support to volunteering and energy saving advice.

Key updates:

Referrals: Quick and simple online referral forms for Cardiff and the Vale.
Nail Cutting Service: Cardiff home visits temporarily paused while new staff are recruited.
Advocacy Service: Now delivered by Mental Health Matters Wales, ensuring continued support for older people in the community.
