Help decide a New Name

One of Cardiff and Wales’ oldest charities (and now part of the RNIB family) – CIB (Cardiff Institute for the Blind) needs your help in deciding on a new name, visual logo and strapline. As much as we know and love CIB, we know that the organisation’s name has stopped or delayed many people with sight loss from asking for or accepting support and it no longer reflects what CIB is all about.

We’re especially keen to receive feedback from those who may not have come into contact with CIB – we want to make sure we’re reaching those that may not have even heard of us (or need us) yet.

Cardiff Institute for the Blind (CIB) have just launched the second and final stage of their consultation to change their name and are asking for feedback via an online survey, available from the following link:

You can also contact CIB on 029 2039 8900 if you would like to complete the questionnaire over the phone, in Welsh or in an alternative format.
