Creative Grow Well are indoor nature-based craft sessions, now running for their fifth year thanks to funding support from Cardiff South West Cluster.

This year there are two separate groups running on alternate Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Grow Cardiff is aiming to reach and support people who may be vulnerable and isolated this winter. The sessions offer a safe, welcoming space, good company, warm drinks and freshly made soup, and a different nature-based craft each week. The emphasis is on bringing people together, introducing them to creative ideas and connecting with nature, to promote health and wellbeing.

Grow Cardiff can accept referrals from people living or registered with a GP in the Riverside, Canton, Pontcanna, Ely and Careau areas.

People can attend with a support worker, carer or family member if they feel more comfortable doing this.

Grow Cardiff would also welcome any potential referrer to come along and visit a session to see what they are all about.
