Cartref’s community grant window for 2026/27 is now open.
The Cartref Foundation is a grant-making organisation in Cardiff with a long-standing commitment to enhancing the lives of older people. Rooted in compassion and community, Cartref supports projects that promote dignity, wellbeing, and social connection for older residents in Cardiff.
The grants support projects that primarily benefit people aged 65 and over within Cardiff, particularly activities and services that enhance wellbeing, reduce isolation, and strengthen community connections.
Applications are fully inclusive and open to all organisations irrespective of race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. Any group delivering work that supports older residents is welcome to apply.
