Review of National Framework for commissioning care and support

The Welsh Government is undertaking a review of the National Framework for Commissioning Care and Support: Code of Practice. As part of this review, they are seeking feedback from stakeholders to ensure the Framework remains current, relevant and aligned with policy, legislation and commissioning practice.

An evidenced rationale will need to be provided for any significant changes or additions, so please provide this where appropriate.

An assessment will also be undertaken of the impacts (including costs and any additional risks) of any amendments that you would anticipate for any change.
