Have your say about vaccines – survey

The CAVUHB Public Health Team is asking people primarily residing in Grangetown, Butetown and Cardiff Bay to complete a short survey to share their views and experiences about vaccines.

The survey is particularly looking to hear from:

Parents of children under 5 or in school;
Older adults (65+) and;
Carers of older adults

Your feedback will help shape local services and support for the community.
