Wild Rhythm has a range of events taking place in the next couple of months, including regular community group meetings at the Hive in St.Mellons and a Grief and Wellbeing Walk in Bute Park. We are taking our “Immersive Rhythms of Nature Walk” to Bristol Walk Fest.
This Saturday, at Oldbury Court Park, we will take a deep dive into the hidden sonic world of one of Bristol’s most vibrant green spaces.

Our regular slot of hosting a Sound Bath Meditation continues on the 1st Friday of every month in the incredible studio at Womb.
This is an invitation to take time for yourself to enter a deep state of relaxation as you listen to and feel the sounds and vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drums.

Immersive Walk at Wenallt Forest
We’re heading to the beautiful Wenallt woodland to explore its ancient oak trees, and tune into the sounds of the forest – a chance to slow down, breathe, and reset.
A Mindful Pace: A gentle, guided walk through the forest.
Deep Listening: Using tech to listen to the sounds of nature from plants to trees, water and insects.
Simple Grounding: Short guided meditation designed to help you de-stress and reconnect.
Good Company: A friendly, relaxed environment for anyone looking to spend time in nature.
