The Annual Health Check Campaign for people with learning disabilities is running from Friday 8 May for 6 weeks. It is supported by NHS Wales.
The key message is that people with a learning disability can contact their GP to ask for an Annual Health Check.
The campaign will also promote www.getcheckedout.org. This website provides health information for people with a learning disability, families and carers, and professionals.
