We are delighted to inform about the upcoming Healthy Lives Community Event for Women and Young girls celebrating Women’s Health from ethnically diverse communities .

Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm
This free, women-focused, family-friendly event will offer a range of informative, interactive and engaging workshops including:
– Screening awareness
– Pelvic floor exercises
– Gynaecological examinations and analgesia
There will also be BBC Wales recorded Panel discussions with Q&A on:
10:30 – Menopause
11:30 – Pelvic health
13:00 – Cancer awareness
14:00 – Faith and women’s health
The day will also include
– Young girls space
– Fun activities such as a bouncy castle, soft play, henna artist and pom-pom making, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
