From January, the Monthly Monday Rock Stars Climbing Club (Cardiff) is doubling the number of available spaces by restructuring sessions. All bookings from January–June have now moved from Eventbrite to the Boulders Climbing Wall booking site.
This club continues to welcome children and young people with a wide range of needs. The team can support with assisted hoists, the sessions run on the quietest evening, and the staff receive specialist training in inclusive climbing.
📣 January–June Session Structure
To better support progression, Monday sessions will now run as two separate levels:
Beginner Session
🕓 4:30–5:30pm
An ideal introduction for those attending for 1–3 sessions while learning the basics.
Intermediate / Development Session
🕠 5:30–6:30pm
A more structured progression session covering knots, belaying, technique, and NICAS Level 1.
We’re trialling shorter, focused 1-hour sessions to ensure each group receives dedicated support.

A WhatsApp group is available for regular attendees and their families to receive reminders and ask questions. Jemma, our Volunteer Ambassador, is also on this group.
