People in communities across Wales continue to experience avoidable ill health and premature deaths due to preventable diseases. Primary Care plays a vital role in reducing these inequalities by delivering equitable, high-quality care and by influencing wider determinants of health through its role as an employer, service provider, and advocate.

This webinar will launch the Teg I Bawb / Fair for All strategic action plan, developed through extensive engagement with patients, professionals, community groups, and leaders across Wales. The plan translates evidence and collaboration into coordinated actions tailored to different stakeholder groups, including:

Welsh Government and national organisations
Health Boards and regional partnerships
Clusters and professional collaboratives
General Practice, Pharmacy, Optometry, and Dentistry
