Apply Now: Warm Spaces Grant 2025–26

Cardiff Council has launched the Warm Spaces Grant 2025–26, offering funding of up to £3,000 to help community organisations create, support, or enhance safe and welcoming spaces across Cardiff during the October 2025 – March 2026 period.
These “Warm Spaces” aim to provide more than just warmth — they will serve as inclusive, accessible community hubs offering comfort, dignity, and practical support to local residents.
What the Grant Can Support

Funding can be used for costs such as:

  • Refreshments, snacks, and light meals

  • Extended opening hours or energy costs

  • Cleaning, refuse removal, and small equipment (e.g. chairs, tables, kettles)

  • Volunteer expenses and enrichment activities

  • Promotion or awareness-raising of warm space initiatives

(Note: The grant cannot fund capital works or activities that have already taken place.)

Applications must be submitted by 1pm on Friday, 31st October 2025.
