To support the wider promotion of specialist substance misuse harm reduction interventions across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, the APB Harm Reduction Group has developed new resources outlining the services offered by Harm Reduction Hubs (formerly Needle and Syringe Programmes).
These hubs provide access to sterile injecting equipment, naloxone, blood-borne virus testing, sexual health kits, wound care, and more. The attached information sheets detail what the hubs offer, who can access them, and where they are located.
