Pedal Power’s latest update invites all riders to join the Disability Pride Ride on Saturday 19 July, starting at 11am from their base – a friendly, accessible event for all ages and abilities. Meanwhile, in preparation for the Bute Town Carnival, free craft workshops are running in the café on Fridays throughout July and August, helping create a giant sea monster for the parade.
Throughout the summer, Pedal Power is offering cycling courses for children, adults and families, covering beginner skills and road safety awareness. They are also part of the ACTIF pilot programme, providing over-50s in Cardiff with access to eight free physical activity sessions.
