Minority Ethnic Communities (MEC) Health Fair 2024

The Minority Ethnic Communities (MEC) Health Fair 2024 will take place on 16 October 2024, 10am-3pm at Cardiff City Stadium.
Theme: Building Healthy Communities: Embracing Self-Care and Achieving Health Equity
Last year, more than 300 people found out about health and wellbeing services at the event which was held at City Hall, Cardiff. This year, we are looking forward to offering the same and more!
The event is FREE to drop-in and aims to build healthy communities by giving individuals and families the opportunity to access a wide range of information from various organisations on how we can look after our health and wellbeing and begin to inspire each other. Health professionals will also be present to support the event and provide advice through a Q&A session.
Goody bags will be given to the first 100 visitors!
