Voluntary Services Recovery Fund 2021
We are pleased to advise C3SC, as part of Third Sector Support Wales (TSSW), is administering a £27,593 Voluntary Services Recovery Fund (VSRF) Grant Scheme to help local groups and organisations with the unexpected costs from COVID-19. The Welsh Government funded VSRF Grant Scheme will focus on minimizing the impact of the pandemic on the voluntary sector and the communities they serve, and on reducing the inequalities across society highlighted or resulting from COVID-19, recognising that many communities suffered disproportionately and therefore actions need to be taken to ensure a fair and just recovery.
The Programme is open for applications from Friday 18th June 2021 with a deadline for submission by Friday 16th July at 5pm.
Aim of the Programme
- This revenue and capital Fund aims to support:
- Adaptations to ensure continued provision of essential services for the most vulnerable people and communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic
- Reducing inequalities exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic
- A fair and just recovery for people and families, preventing emerging inequalities from becoming entrenched in communities
We are looking to support proposals which respond to a need or a particular problem, build on community assets and maximise the impact of preventative services. Eligible activities may include inclusive delivery of mental health services, supporting health and social well-being, or small-scale adaptation of delivery resources to comply with evolving Welsh Government guidance on social distancing etc. as lockdown restrictions are eased.
Application forms, and guidance, are available from, enquiries@c3sc.org.uk or by telephone 07973725335.
