Tom Neil, Acas Guidance writer talks about how we can celebrate neurodiversity in the workplace. It is estimated that around 1 in 7 people in the UK have a form of neurodivergence – such as Autism, or Dyslexia. Yet a recent CIPD survey found that only one in ten HR professionals said that their organisation was focusing on neurodiversity at work. Read more here.

Employment Tribunals: An insiders guide
Following its success in South Wales, we are bringing this interactive, myth busting event to North Wales on 14th June 2019.
