Tai Pawb offers a range of high quality training courses on a range of subjects relevant to equality in housing. The ‘training taster day’ is a free event to enable you to come along and get a feel for the training we offer and see how it would benefit your staff, service users and organisation.

The day will feature information on several of our most popular courses including:

• Equality Impact Assessments
• Unconscious Bias
• Equality Champions
• Equality and Diversity Awareness

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the trainers, find out more about the courses, ask questions as well as participate in some of the activities learners would undertake.

The event is free. However, it is restricted to two people per organisation. Lunch will be included.

The event will be particularly relevant for HR staff, those with responsibility for training and those with responsibility for equality.

The event will be held in Cardiff, with information on the venue to be available soon.
