DESCRIPTION:Tai Pawb offers a range of high quality training courses on a range of subjects relevant to equality in housing. The ‘training taster day’ is a free event to enable you to come along and get a feel for the training we offer and see how it would benefit your staff\, service users and organisation. \n The day will feature information on several of our most popular courses including: \n\nEquality Impact Assessments\nUnconscious Bias\nEquality Champions\nEquality and Diversity Awareness\n\nAttendees will have the opportunity to meet the trainers\, find out more about the courses\, ask questions as well as participate in some of the activities learners would undertake. \nThe event is free. However\, it is restricted to two people per organisation. Lunch will be included. \nThe event will be particularly relevant for HR staff\, those with responsibility for training and those with responsibility for equality. \n The event will be held in Cardiff\, with information on the venue to be available soon. \n To book\, please email matthew@taipawb.org or call (029) 2053 7633.
