Dealing with Difficult Client Situations
Most people working in the front line have experienced a range of difficult client situations. Race Equality First and AdviceUK are working together to offer this practical one-day course to look at some of these and how we can deal with them.
Dealing with difficult clients is a skill.
This course helps you to develop that skill using a mixture of learning, participation and discussion.
You will also have the opportunity to share ideas for best practice.
We will action plan together for improvement.
This course is suitable for both new and experienced staff.

This one-day course is designed to help :
- Explore what is meant by ‘difficult/demanding clients’
- Identify your responsibilities and those of the client!
- Discuss reasons why clients are/become ‘difficult’
- Decide on practical strategies for dealing with a range of difficult client situations
All attendees get a certificate and full hand-out materials.
