This new campaign is calling on individuals and organisations to show their support and commitment to working towards an equal gender balance for decision making roles in Wales.

The campaign has been founded by key organisations including: The Equalities and Human Rights Commissioner, Sport Wales, IoD Wales, Chwarae Teg, Women Count, Making a Difference, Business in Focus, Welsh Government and the National Assembly.

At the launch you’ll find out how you and your organisation can become a part of the 50/50 by 2020 campaign and together we help Wales get the balance right.
