During the day we will look at how the Regional SEN Transition to Employment Initiative, more commonly known as the Real Opportunities project, has successfully supported 1,758 young people using individually tailored packages of support through the transition to adulthood.

The day will include round table discussion with expert hosts, real-life stories from project participants, information from professionals about the project model and an evaluation of project outcomes from the Welsh Centre for Learning Disabilities.
