SUMMARY:Real Opportunities: Regional SEN Transition to Employment Initiative - Annual Conference
DESCRIPTION:During the day we will look at how the Regional SEN Transition to Employment Initiative\, more commonly known as the Real Opportunities project\, has successfully supported 1\,758 young people using individually tailored packages of support through the transition to adulthood.  \nThe day will include round table discussion with expert hosts\, real-life stories from project participants\, information from professionals about the project model and an evaluation of project outcomes from the Welsh Centre for Learning Disabilities. \nPlease email realopportunities@learningdisabilitywales.org.uk to request a booking form and return it by Friday May 30th.  \nTo find out more about the project and previous conferences\, please visit www.realopportunities.org.uk
