Putting co-production at the heart of public services in Wales

Chris Vanstone will share insights from his work at the Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI) where he leads a team developing new peer-to-peer solutions and new approaches to social problem solving with families, older people and indigenous Australians.

He’ll be talking about the development of solutions for carers and about Family by Family, an award winning solution developed with and for families which keeps kids from care and saves $7 dollars for every $1 invested. They also have the best co-designed web-site in the universe!

Chris will also talk about co-design – the hybrid methodology behind these solutions a blend of design, realist programme theory and business model innovation.
