Take part in a national sleep out, which is happening in Cardiff and across the UK. To take part you need to raise a minimum of £250 and pay a deposit of £25 on registering. You can do it on your own or as part of a team. You can register online at  https://regonline.activeeurope.com/LlamauSleepOut2012  pay your deposit and reserve your place. 

There will be entertainment, refreshments and all round fun so this promises to be a fantastic event come rain or shine. You can also captain a team as Sleep Out Cardiff is targeted at companies and business in Wales, with many employees forming a group to fundraise and participate together.
