Celebrate International Women’s Day – hear from inspirational speakers on the 2012 IWD theme, ‘Women and men united to end violence and domestic abuse against women’.

Discuss how we can challenge the inequalities and attitudes that cause violence against women.

Rosemary Butler AM, Presiding Officer of the National Assembly for Wales, will also be hosting a lecture in partnership with the British Council. This will be followed by lunch at 13.00.

This event is organised by the National Federation of Women’s Institutes-Wales in partnership with Disability Wales,  Hafan Cymru, BAWSO, Age Cymru and National Assembly for Wales.
