Employer Toolkit – ‘A More Equal Wales: A practical guide for employers to employing disabled people’; will be published on the Skills Gateway website on the 3rd December to coincide with International Day of Disabled People. The toolkit is a guide which will assist employers through the recruitment journey from business case to retention, dispelling myths along the way.

The toolkit will be housed on the Business Skills Gateway website and will be available on this page: https://businesswales.gov.wales/skillsgateway/disabled-peoples-employment.  A social media campaign will go live from the 1st December running for 14 days, which will promote and raise awareness of the toolkit. The campaign will be utilising Business Wales’ Facebook and Twitter pages – you can search Business Wales or Busnes Cymru on Facebook, and the Twitter handles are @_businesswales and @_busnescymru.
