October – MHF World Mental Health Month Events

The Mental Health and Wellbeing: Into Work and Beyond events will be held on:

Monday, 21st October: Cardiff Central Library, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Tuesday, 22nd October: Barry Library, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

These free drop in events will feature stalls, activities, speakers, and networking opportunities focused on mental health and wellbeing.
