Working Group Volunteer – Disability Rights Taskforce

The Disability Rights Taskforce was formed in response to findings from the July 2021 report ‘Locked Out: Liberating people’s lives and rights in Wales beyond COVID-19.’

The first priority identified and agreed by the Taskforce members was the Embedding and Understanding of the Social Model of Disability. This has been established as a working group and the first meeting will be held on Thursday 7th April 11:00-12:30pm. 

The working group is seeking taskforce members and volunteers that are able to contribute fully to the aims and objectives of the working group. Nominations to the working group must be submitted by Tuesday 5th April 4pm to. Please contact us at volunteer@c3sc.org.uk if you wish to nominate a volunteer within your organisation.

The Disability Rights Taskforce will be seeking volunteers for the other priority areas shortly.
