Communities First is a Welsh Government funded programme to tackle the causes of poverty in certain areas of Wales. Cardiff has 4 clusters which include 2 or more areas of Cardiff each.
Last year it was announced that the programme will be phased out by March 2018.
C3SC (Cardiff Third Sector Council) need your help to find out what your community needs. Whether it’s more things for young people to do, more access to education, or support for your community group – Tell us what you need.
The information gathered will help us to design new projects that will benefit you and your community.
