New Versus Arthritis Activity Group/Tai Chi – Starting 25th September

Versus Arthritis announces the commencement of a new activity group, beginning on 25th September from 1-3 pm at Llanishen Baptist Church, Cardiff. This monthly group is open to individuals with arthritis or MSK conditions, offering Tai Chi, various activities, support, and social opportunities—all free of charge.
