Cardiff and Vale’s Unpaid Carers Board is creating a new wellbeing resource for unpaid carers — and they want your input.
The aim is to build something truly helpful, shaped by real experiences. Following feedback from the Unpaid Carers Assembly 2024, mental health and wellbeing were highlighted as top priorities. Now, the team is asking carers and carer groups to share ideas on what the resource should include.
You can help by completing the short feedback form, either online here or using the engagement pack below. All responses will help shape the final version, which will launch at the Unpaid Carers Assembly on 10 October 2025.
