To facilitate the implementation of the Trauma-Informed Wales Practice Framework, Traumatic Stress Wales are keen to understand the current situation across Wales with respect to adoption of the principles and practice levels by organisations who support people affected by traumatic events. To that end, we would be very grateful if you could liaise with colleagues to complete this survey on behalf of the organisation/area you are responsible for, as well as disseminate it to all members of your organisation and external colleagues to attract a wide variety of responses.

The results of the survey will be analysed and used to establish a baseline of current activity, inform an implementation strategy and the planning and development of training, self-assessment tools, an evaluation framework and other resources/initiatives that will facilitate successful adoption of the Framework. A report will be prepared that describes the results of this mapping survey in an anonymised manner; the report will be circulated to everyone who has completed the survey.
