Fully Funded Complex Needs Support Programme- Applications Now Open – Commencing December 2025
Professionals across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan are invited to apply for a six-month Complex Needs Support Programme, delivered by Kinbee and fully funded by the Cardiff and Vale Area Planning Board. This accredited programme will bring together 20 experienced professionals from health, social care, housing, justice, and community services to strengthen collaboration and improve outcomes for people living with co-occurring and complex needs.

The programme includes:

  • Specialist training sessions grounded in over 20 years of sector experience and best practice

  • Reflective practice groups providing a safe space to explore real challenges

  • Group coaching to turn insight into action and enhance cross-sector collaboration

  • Peer learning to share best practice and build a strong professional network

Over six months, participants will engage in live workshops, reflective group sessions, and practical exercises, designed to promote person-centred, trauma-informed, and collaborative approaches to care.
This initiative aims to transform support for individuals with complex needs by fostering holistic, sustainable, and joined-up systems of care across Cardiff and the Vale.
Who should apply:
Professionals working in substance use services, mental health, social care, homelessness outreach, or community support roles who are committed to driving positive change.
