Transforming Lives: Carers Trust Wales Short Breaks Conference

Save the date to join Carers Trust Wales and invited guests for an inspiring and celebratory event to mark the impact of the Short Breaks Scheme.

The conference will focus on the scheme’s ability to transform lives and will bring together unpaid carers, stakeholders, delivery partners and sector specialists.

The event will take place at Glamorgan County Cricket Stadium, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, on Thursday 3 October, from 10.00am – 3.00pm.
