Unpaid carers and young carers in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan are invited to a regional Short Breaks Schemes Launch to learn about local winter break options.

Program Highlights:

13:00 – 14:00 (Young Carer Hour!)
- Overview of past short break successes
- Meet providers and explore new winter short breaks
- Fun activities and prizes for young carers
- Refreshments provided (please inform us of any allergies)
