Llais Carers Public Forum – Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan

Llais will be hosting a Carers Public Forum to hear directly from carers living in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan about their experiences of accessing and using health and social care services.

The forum aims to ensure that carers’ views and lived experiences inform local decision-making and contribute to the planning and delivery of more effective, person-centred support.

The event will include:

  • Presentations on the role of Llais and its Complaints Advocacy Services

  • An interactive discussion session to explore carers’ experiences and priorities

  • Opportunities to share feedback that will be reported to relevant service providers to help improve future provision

  • Date: Tuesday 18 November 2025

  • Time: 1:00pm – 3:00pm

  • Venue: Holiday Inn, Cardiff City Centre
