Lighter Brighter Minds – July 2025 Community Sessions

Lighter Brighter Minds will be hosting a series of community wellbeing sessions throughout July 2025. These sessions are designed to support young people aged 11 and over through creative, reflective, and confidence-building activities. Caregivers are welcome to attend where appropriate.
Upcoming Dates and Venues
  • Monday 7th July (LBM Juniors), 5:00–7:00 PM
    Grange Pavilion, Grange Gardens, CF11 7LJ
    A dedicated session for LBM Juniors, offering age-appropriate wellbeing activities.
  • Wednesday 16th July, 5:00–7:00 PM
    Ararat Church, Plas Treoda, CF14 1PT
    A general wellbeing session open to all young people aged 11+.
  • Monday 21st July, 5:00–7:00 PM
    Grange Pavilion, Grange Gardens, CF11 7LJ
    A creative and mindful session supporting emotional wellbeing.
  • Thursday 31st July, 4:45–6:45 PM
    Ely & Caerau Hub, Cowbridge Road West, CF5 5BQ
    A supportive session for young people in the Ely area.
