Help shape the future of digital psychological therapies in Wales

NHS Wales is inviting residents aged 14 and over to share their views and experiences of digital psychological therapies, such as SilverCloud. These therapies offer flexible, evidence-based support for mental health conditions including anxiety and depression, and may be self-guided or supported by a therapist.

This engagement forms part of the Strategic Programme for Mental Health under NHS Wales Performance and Improvement, and supports the Welsh Government’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2025–25. Feedback will help assess public awareness, identify areas for improvement, and inform future service development.

Closing date: Friday 15 August 2025
Eligibility: Residents of Wales aged 14+
Estimated time to complete: 10 minutes
