HEAT – Fully Funded Mentoring and Advocacy Support for Vulnerable Households

The Wise Group, an organisation focused on mentoring people out of poverty, have recently launched HEAT, a fully funded service aimed at anyone struggling with their energy bills and require support and advice. Support includes energy crisis and advocacy support, energy saving awareness, income maximisation and energy efficiency advice. HEAT have dedicated mentors who can visit you at your home to provide advice.

 

Key target groups include:

•        People aged 65+

•        Low-income households

•        Out of work households

•        Households receiving Universal Credit

•        People with disabilities

•        Anyone in fuel poverty/struggling with fuel costs and is at risk of disconnecting
