Due to the closure of The Care Collective at the end of March 2024, Carers Trust would like to announce that there is an opportunity for organisations to support unpaid carers in the south east Wales area through the Carers Support Fund. The funding will be allocated to organisations with links to the areas of benefit and who can demonstrate their ability to reach carers in a timely manner. Priority is given to organisations that can support the widest range of carer communities i.e., not organisations focused on supporting carers with disease specific conditions in order to increase accessibility.
