The course is perfect for anyone who prepares, serves, or sells food in any type of business.
The course covers the following subjects:
- Taking responsibility for food safety
- Food safety hazards
- What the law says
- Keeping yourself clean and hygienic
- Keeping work areas clean and hygienic
- Keeping food safe
At the end of the course you will be assessed on a 20 multiple-choice question exam.
The time allowed to complete the exam is 45 minutes
13 correct answers are required to pass.
The training will be delivered by ‘Food Allergy Friends’ and will take place in-person at Glenwood Church, Llanedeyrn, Cardiff CF23 6UW.
