Training

This Cardiff Council course is ideally suited to staff who are currently undertaking or are about to undertake a level 5 diploma level in Leadership for Health and Social Care.

The course is open to all staff who are managing or supervising staff in a social care setting including managers, deputy/assistant managers and key/senior care staff.

     Course content:

  • To understand how to organise people to achieve objectives.
  • To understand how to delegate to achieve workplace objectives.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
