- The aim of this WCVA course is to provide participants with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about whether and how to work with other third sector organisations to deliver services.

Third sector organisations are increasingly being encouraged to work more collaboratively and form consortia. But working across organisational boundaries can bring difficulties and risks.
This full-day training course aims to explore the opportunities offered by working with partners, and to help organisations understand some of the key principles and practical considerations, such as choosing an appropriate structure and developing written agreements.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

- Identify some of the key practical considerations for joint working
- Assess the merits of different consortium structures
- This course is intended for staff and trustees of third sector organisations.
