What would make south east Cardiff a greener, healthier and better place to live?

15th August 2013 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Do you live in (or have a connection with): Adamsdown, Cathays or Roath/Plasnewydd?

Cynefin Cardiff is inviting residents, community groups and interested parties to help build a vision, share ideas and hopefully get involved in planning and delivering projects in partnership with various stakeholders and organisations. Registration is essential and can be completed in a matter of seconds by clicking here: http://cynefincardiff.eventbrite.co.uk/

Project ideas could involve anything within the sustainability field (social, economic and environmental) for example:

– Improving the local environment (waste, litter, fly tipping, graffiti etc)
– Community energy projects
– Local food growing networks
– Improving the local economy
– Upskilling residents
– Environmental behaviour change
– Sustainable transport
– Improving health and wellbeing
– Strengthening community cohesion
– Anything and everything in between!

A tasty, locally sourced, organic (where possible) buffet will be provided by Adamsdown’s (and Cardiff’s) finest: Hungry Planet. The food will be a mixture of vegetarian/vegan dishes and there will also be fresh, homemade juices. In order to avoid food waste please ensure you register for free at: http://cynefincardiff.eventbrite.co.uk/
