As part of the Welfare Reform taking place, October 2013 will see the introduction of Universal Credit in Wales. This Shelter Cymru training will provide an introduction of this benefit, explaining the basics of how it will operate and what this will mean for your clients. Find out about this new benefit so that you can assist your clients through this transition.

This is a half-day training session with Lisa Hordy.  The standard price for this is £86 and the concessionary rate is £50.
