C3SC’s Trustee & Third Sector Leaders’ Network Meeting: Tuesday 3rd March.

We are pleased to invite you to attend the next C3SC Trustee & Third Sector Leaders’ Network Meeting which will be taking place online on 3rd March from 1:00pm to 2:30pm.

Following feedback fromm our members across the sector, the focus of this session will be Trustee Recruitment and practical steps to empower third sector organisations with the knowledge and skills to recruit the trustees needed for the smooth running and strategic management of their organisations.

This session will include an Advice Cafe, featuring a presentation from Prof. Mhairi McVicar, at Cardiff University and the Chair of Trustees at The Grange Pavilion highlighting the charity’s recent experiences, successes, challenges and tips on recruiting Trustees with opportunities for discussion and peer learning.

The Network meeting is a great opportunity for leaders in the Third Sector – Trustees, Management Committee Members, Chief Officers, Senior Staff – to feel more confident about attracting and onboarding diverse trustees, share learning and good practice, make alliances, and receive up to date information.
